Choosing to Change

Looking at Becoming Aware

“We create our world using the substantial, but we live in the empty spaces in between.”
— Lao Tzu

It’s true; we only ever experience ‘Now’.
So, what is this one and only ‘Now’ we are having?
Is becoming aware of this one experience—this unified sensation of ‘Now-ness’—like walking through the door of Dr Who’s Tardis?

Hmmm… What happens to all those other ‘Now’s’ that we can remember?

From the outside, how could we ever know there’s an infinite universe inside us—until we’re standing in it, being it, in real time and space?
Experiencing this is by far our most substantial creation. While we certainly are not our creation, we are indeed in a deep relationship with it.

Come on a journey inside our hyperbolic universe of Life. Travel with me, and we will share our imaginations as we explore Healing—the magical change in our experience that frees us to feel a ‘better’ experience.

Come… Suppose you and I are beings alive, you know, moving and changing, experiencing being in a flow, a momentum. The sun rises and sets as the seasons cycle. We sense movement, change, and flow; it’s what we do.
Our body gives us dimensions of hearing, sound, taste, smell, and touch to detect change. Internal interacting systems like our nervous system emerge into even greater systems, allowing us to somatically sense the ‘Now-ness’ of the thoughts and emotions present in us. Our eyes leak when our thoughts dwell upon loss and heartache; our hearts race when we walk onto the stage to give our talk. We certainly know our senses are in constant flux.

Our mind gives us dimensions of continuity, options, and understanding—an internal mapping system and a way to experiment and test the waters of finding the truth in a moment.
Our soul is more like a situation than a thing. For our purposes at this stage of our journey of imagination, see the soul as your actual and literal place in context with everything else while at the same time being in reciprocity—the deciding factor that locks the rest of reality around you.

Like the double-slit experiment in physics, we and all other things that make up the universe move constantly; all the bits that make us up are in motion. We have to take a snapshot to lock all these movements in place, in a moment, to show us a true shape of reality. The eternal movement of All is constantly creating different shapes of Life in every moment.

If Spirit is the movement energy of the wave, our souls are the water molecules in that wave. Your actual shape and place put all else in its unique context, and in this way, we create our reality.

BEING is made up of Body, Mind, and Soul.

BEING or ‘to BE’ is just…
…all the ways we’re aware of aliveness…
…alongside our constant radiating broadcast
replying about how we feel about all of that awareness.

Together, when Body, Mind, and Soul join, they create something quite beyond anything they themselves intended.
When all the experiences of Life become one sensation, when the experience of Body joins with the experience of Mind and Soul, the melting pot they combine into produces something beyond the mere sum of its parts. Combined, they create the first sacred geometric shape—the triangle.

Three join, birthing a portal—a space in between. The experience of Heart is born in that centre. Heart is the empty space we live in; our body, mind, and soul are the substantial world of our creation.

Like the sounds of many instruments joining, the melting pot of an orchestra can create profound vibratory harmonics—a system of systems held together in the unified experience of Song.

Instruments and orchestras can be tuned into Harmony when experiencing chaos. All vibratory systems can be tuned positively or negatively.

Everyone involved in Being the Song tries their best to play perfectly, but if untuned, disruptions will ripple out from the instruments of our Body, Mind, and Soul. We may be trying with everything we’ve got to play the Song of our unique Heart, but it can sound unpleasant—like listening to an orchestra forced into sharing the deciding resonance of an unhappy conductor. This is being tuned negatively.

The beautiful vibrations of our Heart, like the ripples upon water, become disturbed by meeting with the proverbial protruding tree stumps in our lake of experiences—a density of substance it cannot flow through, and we find ourselves stopped by a challenge in Life.

It is true; we only ever experience ‘Now’.
So… what has happened to all those other ‘Now’s?
Some of them were so disturbing that the ripples they made densified, coalesced—like a thought repeated so many times it grows into a solid belief that must be obeyed. In this way, our self is ‘tuned’.
All those other ‘Now’s’ are our tree stumps—our challenges in Life. They disturb the flow of our natural tuning.

The dis-ease in our tuning will affect the entire Being—Body, Mind, and Soul. It can be heard in our Heart's Song as it plays. One quiet look into the health and happiness of our Heart transparently shows how we truly are in our entirety.
Suddenly, our one sensation—our living experience of ‘Now’—is bad, painful, and not where we want to BE. Maybe the bad experience lasts five minutes; maybe it lasts all day. Some Healing—a way to have a better experience of ‘Now’—is needed.
It takes complete honesty to look, accept, and know how, who, and what we truly are. Many false selves inside will want to argue, so a solid choice for healing and harmony is required, or we may submit again to unconscious existence without even being able to remember the moment we fell from awareness.

Healing with PahPah is becoming aware of being healthy in all our aspects—Body, Mind, and Soul—and the balance inside and between them.
The relationship between Body, Mind, and Soul is the very Heart of us. There is nothing else that gets us out of bed every day.
We will work with Shamanic practices, Reiki, psychotherapy, massage, pressure points, and the nervous system, divining, new information, meditation, visualisation… and quite frankly, any method, modality, skill, tool, ability, or knowing that I have—or that I can see in you—that we can use to help you feel better.
Paying attention to the health of our entire Being and regularly maintaining the quality of the Song sung by its Heart is to stay in touch and be aware of not only our Life but the Lifeforce behind the scenes—that which we share, that which is the heart of All things and beings.

If you are here choosing true Health, Happiness, and Healing, you must also choose honesty—to the depth of being more truthful with yourself than ever before. When the self starts to retune into Harmony, we will no longer need or demand the world around us to be what we need from it; instead, we have the opportunity to see the world and others as they are—to love them and allow them to be and grow.
In fact, the playing of our Heart's Song with its beauty of truth and its genuine harmony of Life will be the ripple we radiate out. Who is so close to you that they get all your ripples full force? Our kids, partners, animals, plants, friends, and loved ones?

“Love is a decision—not an emotion.”
— Lao Tzu

So, if you have come this far on a journey of imagination with me, I invite you to continue seeking your Harmony. Do it now; do it in complete honesty, and give all of yourself to its truth.
If you wish for my energy and intention to join with yours for the purpose of Healing—hearing the Song of your Heart and playing it to the benefit of life, nature, and those we love—please book in to see me.

“If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.”
— Lao Tzu
