The Shamanic Healing Process
The Shamanic Process of Healing is the course the being takes to heal.
Where the body the goes the mind and heart follows and sometimes the hardest journey is to come into our heart.
We all have a story and within our story are memories.
Within our story moments get stuck and held within our being.
We face a wall, it’s always there, something unknown to learn.
We can not avoid that which is challenging us, we must face it!
The Shamanic Process works to transcend the emotion of our story.
This work is powerful and engages on deep level.
We begin to ask ourselves… Who Am I?
Why do you need?
These are common reasons why people seek a Shamanic Practitioner

Trauma gets stored in the bodies somatic system. We will continue on the life with or without the memory but until the trauma is dealt with and we have grown through it , it continues to play out deep in our consciousness. Shamanic Practice uses indigenous methods to release the trauma and allow you to be whole.
Trauma can be Emotional, Mental, Physical, Sexual, Spiritual or Physic.
-

-
Inner Child work arises from events happening in our childhood where we felt unsafe, abandoned or were abused. Our child development stages are interrupted and therefore require healing so your being can be completely mature to now.
-
Emotional states are common but when we are emotionally overcome others or life is affected. In this society we are told to be calm with no way of dealing with how we feel or think. Wayama can help you deal with yourself so you can reemerge into life.
-
Accidents happen and our bodies remembers. The shock, pain, fear can be lodged in the cells and muscles remember. The initial trauma needs to be released.
-
Our consciousness will put survival first so if something happens and our being can not deal with it…then it wont! Until one day when we get a feeling or something changes… A Shaman seeks for truth and journeys into the unknown. Helps you with healing and understanding these so you can feel better.
-
It is difficult to move on and sometimes we are so overwhelmed and lost that we can not remember who we are and where it is we are going. In Shamanic Practice we walk with our grief to set ourselves free and find the soul again.

A medicine wheel is Native American Tradition and we thank the ancestors for the knowledge and wisdom.
It marks the cardinal points, duality, cycles etc…
East- Wind - Spring - New Beginnings - Heart - Fathers
North - Fire - Summer - Wall - Emotion - Stillness
West - Earth - Autumn - Night & Moon - Healing - Mothers
South - Water - Winter - Ancestors
-
In the Shamanic Healing Process we use sharing our life story as a form of connection, expression and awareness. Through this our own wisdom emerges and those places that we still hold emotion somatically also surface. This gives us insight and can be incredibly healing on its own. We follow a simply principle of no judgement and no advice.
-
Connecting to the Earth Mother and the Grandmothers. Surrendering to being loved and nurtured.
-
Our aura is the energy field surrounding our being. When we feel powerless or are unwell (body, heart, mind or soul) our field becomes weak. Strengthening Emotional Boundaries helps our field remain strong and our energies protected. Empaths can pick up and collect external energies plus interrupt others too. Cleansing, Clearing, Strengthening and Protecting is important for health and wellbeing, Understanding ‘Who Am I’ and stepping into the path of the heart, truth and power.
You can use Sage or Incense to cleanse and clear your home and work spaces.
-
Reset the Nervous System and heal from constant stress and anxiety that we go through during difficult states.
-
Cultivate Stillness, Calmness and Compassion so during our challenge we can stay in our truth and power.
