BODY DOORWAY
Return to the wisdom of the body
The body is a guide.
It speaks through breath, sensation, movement, energy, rhythm, instinct, rest and presence.
When the Body Doorway opens, we are invited to listen more closely to the body we live through.
What is the Body Doorway?
The Body Doorway is the way of embodied listening.
It is where Natural Wellness begins through the living body.
Breath.
Touch.
Movement.
Stillness.
Rhythm.
Ground.
Presence.
This Doorway invites you to return to relationship with the body, not as something separate from you, but as a living part of your awareness, vitality and being.
How the Body Doorway may be speaking
This Doorway may be opening when your attention is drawn toward the body.
You may notice the way you breathe.
The way you move.
The way you hold yourself.
The way energy rises, settles, contracts or expands.
The way your body asks for rest, touch, movement, grounding, nourishment or care.
The Body Doorway asks:
What is the body showing me?
What kind of care is being invited now?
How can I return to the body with presence?
How we meet the Body Doorway
At Natural Living & Being, we meet the Body Doorway through bodywork, massage, Reiki, meditation, breath, movement, grounding and one-to-one support.
A session may include hands-on bodywork, energy healing, guided awareness, stillness, conversation, sound, integration or simple practices to return into daily life.
The intention is to listen with the body, support the body, and restore relationship with the body as a living guide.
Pathways connected to the Body Doorway
Simple Body Practice
Take a moment.
Place your feet on the ground.
Notice your breath.
Notice one place in the body that is easy to feel.
You do not need to change anything.
Just listen.
Ask gently:
What is my body showing me now?
What would support greater relationship with my body today?
Let the answer be simple.
A breath.
A stretch.
A glass of water.
A walk.
A moment of stillness.
A session.
A return.
Choose Your Next Step
