How we meet the Heart Doorway
At Natural Living & Being, we meet the Heart Doorway through Reiki, meditation, sound, Natural Wellness Circle, shared reflection, heart-centred practice and one-to-one support.
A session, class or circle may include energy healing, guided meditation, sound, conversation, stillness, reflection, gentle practice or integration into daily life.
The intention is to listen with the heart, strengthen care, and support a deeper relationship with love, truth, compassion and connection.
