Meet the Creators and Practitioners

‘To work and be of benefit to the living and natural world’

We met in 2013, both following the thread of the same dreams—dreams of living close to nature, of healing, of creating spaces for people to reconnect with themselves and the spirit of life.

Since then, our journey together has unfolded naturally. Side by side, we’ve grown, learned, and continued to listen deeply to what wants to be created through us. What we offer now is simply a reflection of how we live, and how we hold space for each other: with care, honesty, presence, and trust.

Our work is not a method or a model—it’s an ongoing practice of being in relationship with the land, with the unseen, with the body, and with the people who come to sit with us.

From The Lighthouse in town to Wonderland on the land, the spaces we hold are part of the life we’re living—quiet places for restoration, reconnection, and remembering what really matters.

Addika ‘Wayama’

Wayama is a teacher, guide, and writer whose work embraces presence, empowerment, and spiritual growth. Her healing journey began in 2011, leading her to create sacred spaces for others to find balance and connection. Over the years, she offered massage, Reiki, meditation, and shamanic practices through Addika Therapies in Bendigo, with roots in earlier work in Melbourne. In 2021, her path deepened when she received the sacred name Wayama—Golden Eagle Spirit—signifying a powerful evolution in her calling to help others awaken to their truth. Known for her ability to communicate with spirit in a grounded and practical way, she supports people in understanding the unseen patterns shaping their lives and brings wisdom from the spirit world into real, meaningful change.

For more than two decades, Wayama has combined her spiritual path with a background in business leadership, event production, and community engagement. She has shared mindfulness and positive living insights on Phoenix FM, facilitated Vision Australia wellness programs, and contributed to cultural and local initiatives, from the Melbourne Arts Festival to supporting regional events like Grape Escape. Today, she brings this wealth of experience into professional empowerment coaching, guiding individuals and businesses to align purpose and strategy with authenticity and heart.

As co-director of Natural Living and Being, alongside PahPah, Wayama creates experiences that nurture both spiritual and personal growth. Her work includes meditation classes, spiritual consultations, holistic therapies, and empowerment programs that integrate energy medicine, shamanism, and practical guidance for life and business. Through her teaching, writing, and one-on-one mentorship, she inspires others to embrace their potential, create balance, and step fully into the life they were born to live.
